Tony Eyl, President and Broker

Tony Eyl is the owner and broker of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc., which he founded in 2006. Over the past 20 years, he has been the #1 selling land and commercial broker with the Cherokee Association of Realtors, establishing himself as a leading authority in land and development across North Georgia.

Tony’s edge comes from real, hands-on experience in the development world. His background spans everything from building homes to site acquisition, zoning, planning, and full-scale development. He has played a key role in transformative projects, including the assemblage of 60 parcels in the heart of Downtown Woodstock that put Woodstock on the regional map. If you have walked around Downtown Woodstock in the last few years, you are experiencing the results of Tony’s work.

He believes deeply in community involvement, having served on multiple boards including the Downtown Development Authority for Woodstock, Habitat for Humanity North Central Georgia, the YMCA, Greenprints Alliance, as well as contributing to the city of Woodstock’s downtown zoning and master planning efforts.

Tony specializes in complex land transactions, including large assemblages, mixed-use development sites, and investment grade residential land. He combines deep market knowledge with strategic insight to help clients maximize value and execute successful deals.

Caleb Eyl, Vice President

Caleb Eyl is the Vice President of Landmark Commercial Realty, specializing in residential land and development opportunities across Metro Atlanta. With a background in homebuilding and development as the Land Acquisition Manager for a number of years prior to joining Landmark, he has hands-on experience in site acquisition, due diligence, market analysis, and project coordination.

Caleb works closely with developers, builders, and landowners to identify high-quality opportunities and facilitate strategic transactions. With his strong background in managing the acquisition and due diligence process for home builders, his understanding of the full development process allows him to evaluate sites from both a buyer and seller perspective, helping clients maximize value and execute successful deals.

He specializes in residential land acquisition, site analysis, and development-focused transactions, combining market insight with a relationship-driven approach to deliver strong results.

In addition to his land brokerage work, Caleb is also the managing member of Landmark CRE Services LLC, a due diligence and consulting firm. He provides comprehensive pre-construction management services to homebuilder and developer clients, including due diligence planning and execution, rezoning facilitation, permitting and municipal coordination, and detailed market studies.
